Situated in Barangay Sirao, this flower farm is reminiscent of Amsterdam, with all sorts of flowers neatly arranged and in various colors. It was given the moniker “Little Amsterdam of Cebu” because of this. Instead of tulips, the garden’s main feature is celosia flowers or cockscombs, or wool flowers.
